What should I expect for my first color?
Your first visit is designed around my Signature Seamless Blonde session. Instead of confusing a la carte menus, I offer comprehensive blonde hair packages in Asheville that include everything your hair needs to look flawless. Expect to spend about 4-5 hours with me your first session.
What are the cancellation and rescheduling policies?
Your time is incredibly valuable, and so is mine.
Color service investments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a $75 fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
Extension cancellations are governed by the Extension-Specific Waiver signed at booking.
Are there any deposit requirements?
Yes. To secure my undivided time in the studio, a non-refundable deposit is required for all new client bookings.
This deposit is applied to your final service total on the day of your appointment.
What if I’m running late?
Please let me know as soon as possible.
I always want to ensure you leave with beautiful, healthy hair, so if you arrive late, we will prioritize your color application and processing.
To respect the next scheduled guest, we may need to skip the final blowout or cut. As you are reserving a dedicated block of studio time, the original service total will still apply.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Please arrive with clean, dry hair. If you are naturally curly, please arrive with straight hair.
To help me accurately assess your skin tone and how your new color or extensions will look, I recommend wearing a neutral, dark, or black shirt to your appointment.

Absolutely. Clear, honest communication is the foundation of my work.
As a dedicated hair specialist I require a consultation for all new guests.
