Marla May is a hairstylist and blonding specialist with 18 years of experience and a reputation for meticulous, detail-driven work. Her approach is rooted in intention — clear communication, healthy technique, and a commitment to doing things the right way, not the fast way.
She opened her boutique Asheville salon to create a space built on trust, high standards, and an experience that feels personal from start to finish. Marla also believes the next generation of stylists deserves better — real mentorship, real structure, and leadership that models what “doing it right” actually looks like.
Specializing in luxury blonding and custom extensions, Marla focuses on results that feel elevated, effortless, and long-lasting. Every service reflects her signature style: steady, thoughtful, honest, and grounded in genuine client care.
Outside the salon, you’ll find Marla in the garden, with her hound dogs Elvis and Cash, cooking, or exploring new places with her husband, Bryan.
